Salary - up to £35,000 a year (pro-rated for part time hours)

We're on the hunt for a part-time Copywriter to join our team here in Horsell, 2-3 days a week.

This is a wonderful opportunity to not only join our growing team at Rowen and Wren, but also the wider Rowen Partnership.

By way of background, the Rowen Partnership is made up of several brands, all of which practice a considered approach in everything we do, from researching, developing, selling, and sourcing products to how we communicate with our customers.

We pride ourselves on being brands that our communities can trust for quality, consideration, and outstanding customer care.

As our Copywriter, you'll take ownership of all copy across Rowen and Wren and support the rest of the brand group.

You'll be expected to create all marketing, product and website copy as well as playing a pivotal role in guiding our SEO strategy.

You'll be adept at finding a balance between keeping our brand values and distinct tone of voice strongly intact alongside commercial nuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write product descriptions and other longform copy for our website and blog.
• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations that will drive our SEO strategy forward.
• Employ SEO strategies to all your writing for the website.
• Own and champion our distinct tone of voice and provide guidance on all our customer facing communication both verbal and in writing.
• Work with the rest of the creative team to elevate our visual storytelling with the written word, strengthening the brand and building awareness.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years copywriting experience
• Exceptional grammar, research, factchecking, writing, and editing skills
• Adaptable writing style for different demographics
• Advanced knowledge of SEO and copywriting strategies
• Knowledge of key SEO and keyword planning tools.
• Selfmotivated with good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Good-to-knows:

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing
• Holiday: 22 days plus public holidays (prorated for part time) as well as your birthday and anniversary
