Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced property company? We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide vital support in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.


Position:
Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
  • Support the property management team with lease agreements, tenant inquiries, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, listings, and online advertisements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Additional certification or education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of the property industry or real estate management is an asset.
Extra training will be provided on our systems.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
