Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Rigging Instructor, to teach, monitor, coach and assess learners, including pre-employment assessment and testing. The position involves supporting both internal training programmes and external training delivery.+
Responsibilities
- Execution: Build a basic understanding of company-wide and discipline codes, standards and working practices in order to perform basic engineering tasks in line with Business Operating Procedures (BOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Governance: Comply with national laws/regulations and adhere to company-wide & discipline BOPs and WIs to act in line with standardised working practices.
- Innovation: Be aware of the need for development innovation at more senior levels.
