A new opportunity exists for a talented Team Leader to join our professional and expanding Regional Service Centre team. We are looking for an ambitious individual to be part of a dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Administration Team Leader to play a pivotal role to manage the utilities team in providing support and the finance team, ensuring all administration procurement activities and contracts are delivered professionally to time.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Technical Administrator, including safety and wellbeing requirements of the team
Providing Support to the PPM Team
Managing and rolling out any new processes
Promote a consistent, positive, and caring customer experience
Champion continuous improvement activities
Build Good Relationships with Service Providers
Ensure utility bill administration allows accurate and timely payments.
Produce reports
Prepare presentations for the senior management team
Ensure systems are updated with all planned and reactive maintenance work

Training & Qualifications:

Experience of leading a team of administrators
Rolling out new processes
Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence
Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages
Experience of working accurately to deadlines in a pressurised environment
English and Mathematics GCSE A-C standard
