About the Deputy Manager position
We are looking for a skilled Deputy Manager who will manage the work of our company's networking. Your duties will include ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

Ultimately, you will be responsiblefor ensuring effective communication between CQC, Ofsted, Social workers and other teams/organization related to the service user of our company.

We expect you to be well-versed in all aspects of business as well as the healthcare sector. You should have excellent verbal and written communication and have knowledge and understanding when dealing with service users' network.


Deputy Manager responsibilities are:


  • Liaising with Brokerage team and overseeing incoming packages.
  • Communicating, with CQC, Ofsted, Social workers' and all other relevant teams/services related to the service user
  • Attending meetings, responding to queries and using skills and experience to build a rapport with Ofsted, CQC and other teams.
  • Conducting interviews with staff if required

Deputy Manager requirements are:


  • Must have minimum 2+ years experience of working on a Manager or other relevant position
  • Must have minimum 2+ years previous experience working with CQC and Ofsted.
  • Must have experience working children and vulnerable adults.
  • Must have valid enhanced DBS.
  • Must be based in the UK + have right to work
  • Significant experience with research methods and data analysis techniques
  • Good practical experience with MS Office, databases and information systems
  • Indepth understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc or BA degree in Business Management or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
