Verification Specialist

Job Title:
Verification Specialist - Finance

Location:
Manchester - Hybrid

Starting Salary:
£25,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate verification specialist to join our team on a remote basis.

As a verifier, you will provide administrative support and gather data for the DRO Approved Intermediaries, as well as supporting customers who have been referred to the company.

Our client provides certified training programs, well-defined advancement opportunities, and promotes an inclusive and encouraging environment. You will be joining a supportive team on a hybrid basis (1 or 2 days a week in office).

Responsibilities Include:

Requesting client's wage slips and other proof of income/expenditure/creditor/other additional information.
Liaising with customers to resolve issues such as missing information, queries on cases etc.
Manage Inbound Customer Calls where required.
General administration duties

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and experience within the customer service industry.
Administrative Experience.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity.

Relevant industry experience is not needed.
