This is a permanent opportunity to join an award winning social housing contractor, as a Repairs Supervisor.

You will benefit from a salary of up to £43,000, 17.5% bonus, company van and fuel card, 25 days holiday and much more.


The role of Repairs Supervisor:

  • Oversee internal trades team working on an external repairs and maintenance contract
  • Accountable for H&S on site
  • Ensure quality of service is undertaken to the required standard
  • Interact with residents, scheme managers & MTO's ensuring satisfaction of service is achieved

I would love to hear from a Repairs Supervisor who has:

  • Social housing experience
  • Supervisor experience/SSSTS
  • Full UK Driving License
