Meraki Talent's client is currently looking to hire a Communications Executive to join on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading UK-listed Investment Management firm.From their network of offices UK wide, they serve range of clients across HNW, Charities,Trusts, Intermediaries and Pension Schemes with a range of innovative investment solutions.
The purpose of the Communications Executive role is to support PR and media activity and to work with external PR Agencies.
The role will support the execution of internal communications that enable key messages to reach our colleagues our purpose, visionand strategy.
Key outcomes:
- Help facilitate relationships with external PR agencies, including supplier management and budget control
- Liaise directly with journalists, responding promptly to press enquiries
- Work with key spokespeople to produce content for media (quotes and placed articles)
- Coordinate media training
- Manage the awards submission process for certain awards
- Send round relevant press cutting to internal stakeholders to showing the firm's coverage
- Help support the implementation of the business strategy through creative and engaging internal communications
- Maintain and develop the firm's intranet
- Help to organize internal roadshows
- Support with the roll out of employee wellbeing initiatives
