A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Technical Sales Coordinator to join an established organisation in Market Harborough.

The
Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for the management of customer orders from start until completion, day to day support of a customer portfolio and be the internal advocate for the customer's enquiries.

Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Coordinator:

Develop strong working relationships with your customers.
Gain knowledge of the company's products.
Answering the telephone and handling enquiries
Process both sales orders and purchase orders
Update customers and suppliers on the progress of the orders
Update and maintain internal systems
Support the business with routine administrative, business development and marketing tactics
Prepare and submit quotations with the support of a sales engineer if required
Participate in internal meetings and liaise with relevant departments.

Requirements for the Technical Sales Coordinator:

Able to provide client focused solutions in a business environment.
Confident user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and a CRM system.
Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
A strong team player with a desire to deliver over and above the customers' expectations in a fastchanging environment.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

All responses will be managed in line with the new GDPR regulations.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
