What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Proactively communicating with colleagues and line managers incorporating customer feedback
  • Managing telephone calls and reservation enquiries and respond in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Monitoring restaurant activity and allocate seating
  • Assisting other team members in the restaurant to ensure high standard of service
