Independent School.

Birmingham.

£40,000 to £45,000 + generous holiday entitlement.

One of Birmingham's leading independent schools is seeking a senior Sales professional to lead the recruitment and admissions process of new pupils into the school.

This role is about creating and delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquirythrough to registration and enrolment, using innovative marketing initiatives, multi-channel communication and showcase events.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications and working with the Marketing team and wider school management team, you will be the face and voice of the school to prospective parents, forming and nurturing relationships with them as they choosethe future education path for their children.

Previous experience in the private education sector is not required.

We are looking for Sales experience in a luxury/lifestyle market where the sale requires patience, tenacity and highly organised and effective communication.

A broad range of skills is required: outstanding communication and influencing; innovation and creativity; team working and collaboration; organisation and time management; administration and attention to detail; data management and analysis; IT and databaseuse.
