Total Compliance is an expanding Transport, Logistics and Construction Consultancy, based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. We are innovative and rewarding, and now delivering services nationwide.

We are currently looking for a Training and Sales Administrator to join our team.

Based in our office in the center of Grantham, you will be working with both the Sales and Training Teams which are deadline orientated and fast pasted.

The person in this role will support the teams with varied duties such as:

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Sending and chasing quotes
  • Booking courses with clients
  • Liaising with trainers regarding courses
  • Booking venues and accommodation
  • Raising purchase orders for contractors and suppliers
  • Check data accuracy in orders and course information.
  • Diary management for trainers and consultants
  • Processing courses upon completion
  • Sending certificates
  • Supporting the Sales and Training Teams with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Logging information on our SAP CRM System

Starting salary of £22,000-£24,000 depending on experience and suitability, with the possibility of increasing after a satisfactory probationary period.
