Northwood are looking to add another Agent to their experienced team.

The duties of this role are varied and will be tailored to fit the skill set of the successful applicant.

These duties include; dealing with viewing requests, managing sales and lettings diary, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and lettings offers, compiling inventories and tenancy agreements, property marketing photographs, property inspections, general office work.

Experience in the property, or lettings industry is preferred, but not essential.

A related, customer service, or sales back ground is also desirable, as we are looking for focused, energetic and ambitious people, who can develop their personal skills in this fast moving industry.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
