03210 Motor Engineering Coordinator/ AD Claims Handler Tonbridge £23,000

Motor Engineering Coordinator/ AD Claims Handler x - Full time positions, Tonbridge Office based with hybrid working arrangements to be agreed.

We are looking for somebody with experience in Motor Claims within an insurance background.

You will be working within a team dealing with our policy holder who has suffered a loss following an incident involving their car and so you will be patient and empathetic.

You will proactively manage our Policyholders/Third parties repairs throughout their journey.

You must be able to obtain all relevant information and record this accurately while providing the Policy Holder with excellent customer service and assistance.

You will be supporting inbound and outbound calls relating to Supplier chain queries for repair, deal with invoicing for total loss and recovery charges.

You will need to negotiate costs and maintain supplier relationships.

,Skills and Knowledge:

Good working knowledge of motor vehicle construction and modern repair techniques, Motor Claims knowledge including a basic understanding of insurance principles, good working knowledge of computerised damage estimating systems, including Audatex, Good spoken and written communication skills, Accuracy and attention to detail, PC literate.

Salary up to £23,000 per annum.
