Leo Jack are excited to be working a new and exclusive mandate for an experience and well connected Brand and Commercial Director to join this well-reported fashion start-up.

Overview
This new premium fashion brand, has already seen exciting global headlines, and impressive initial sales and performance.

US based, and affiliated with leading names in the industry, they are looking for a London based Brand, PR and Growth Marketing professional who can take ownership in developing the UK and Europe strategy for Brand development, PR and Commercial Partnerships.

Working with the founders on brand development, and establishing a global growth plan for the business (with initial UK and European focus).
Ownership of developing the growth marketing and PR strategy (and delivery).
Budget Management
Increasing brand presence and promotion across the UK and European market
Ownership of the agency relationship
Wholesale development

This is an exciting chance to be part of a well-funded, well reported brand new premium fashion brand

Criteria:

Experience in premium and/or luxury fashion is essential
Record of growth, and marked achievements around brand development (ideally with exposure to the growth of a fashion brand or startup fashion brand).
Background as a Growth Marketing & PR Leader, Commercial Director or Sales Director within fashion is essential.
Experience in PR and Brand Development with targeted markets (UK, Europe), international sales.
Due to the nature of the role, individuals should be confident in autonomous working, and working with a remote team.
Experience in managing budgets is essential
Working with international timezones
Confident network of connections (industry, PR or wholesale)
