£36,000 + commission 1% uncapped (1.75% exceeding targets)

The Job

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Lead generation and exceeding sales targets
Negotiation and cultivating lasting client relationships
Creating and presenting client proposals
Handling end-to-end sales processes and post-sale follow-ups
Preparing sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Conducting client meetings both in-person and virtually, accommodating Saturday appointments

Strong IT and presentation abilities

Knowledge and Experience (desirable)

Minimum 3 years of client-facing sales experience with products priced between £5,000 to £100,000
Familiarity with high-end interior products
Proven success in generating new business leads
Track record of account management and achieving sales targets
Demonstrated sales performance exceeding £1M

Qualifications (desirable)

BA, MA, BSc, or MBA
