Description

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced life scientist to work within their product development team.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and validate new commercial angiogenesis assays (new cell types, 3D assays, transductions) in line with corporate objectives.

This will involve research and planning, scheduling and execution of the laboratorystudies. All product development work will need to be conducted according to quality management system.

The applicant will be involved in data analysis, report writing and presentation of data to management.

Secondary tasks for this role will include the following:

Planning and execution of contract service work.
Assisting in the management of quality documentation.
Conducting investigations required in response to technical enquiries, queries and complaints, resulting from manufactured products.
Help in the manufacture of existing Cellworks and Cytomark products.
Organise and prioritise their own workload.
Have the capability to work autonomously and make considered decisions
Possess good attention to detail.
Be committed to high quality work and drive for results.
Be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach.

Good communication skills, verbal and written are essential.
