Our team of experts specialises in assisting businesses in navigating complex HR and legal challenges, ensuring compliance, and optimising workforce performance.

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern.


As a Marketing Intern, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our marketing efforts and supporting our HR and legal consultancy services.

This internship proposes valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, involving market research, content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.

You will work intently with our marketing team to execute strategies that enhance our brand awareness, drive lead generation, and contribute to overall business progress.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in conducting market research to associate industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential target markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to acquire engaging content, such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and website copy.
  • Help manage and update the company's social media profiles, incorporating scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Assist in organising and attending industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our consultancy services and establish networking opportunities.
  • Aid in retaining the company's website by updating content, ensuring accuracy, and optimising user experience.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, strategies, and best practices within the HR and legal consultancy industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conclude client testimonials, case studies, and success stories to showcase the value of our services.
  • Deliver administrative support to the marketing team, such as organising marketing materials, administering databases, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create powerful and engaging contents.
  • Knowledge of market research procedures and data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and propose creative ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Job Types:
Part-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
Up to £10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Weekend availability
