Well known service business based just outside Manchester City Centre requires a Senior Credit Controller for their growing business.


Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is a real opportunity to work in a role, streamline processes and really make the role your own.


Duties of the role will include:

  • Daily posting and reconciliation of customer receipts
  • Prepare daily spreadsheet of payments received.
  • Chase customers for overdue debt.
  • Resolve any disputes relating to customer accounts, ensuring outcome is communicated to customer.
  • Preparation Aged Debt report
  • Assist with credit checking reports to determine appropriate credit limits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely allocation of payments on customer accounts.
  • Send statements to customers on a monthly basis and provide customer with any copy invoices required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure PO are received prior to invoices being raised
  • Previous credit control experience a necessity.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excel skills (Intermediate).
  • Excellent customer service skills.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Experience:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
