A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Medical Staffing Rota Coordinator to be based at Charing Cross Hospital in the Surgical Division.

  • To be the main point of contact for the coordination of specific Junior Doctor rotas primarily based at Charing Cross Hospital in the surgical division.
  • To be responsible for the coordination of short and long term staffing cover solutions to achieve a cohesive and efficient service.
  • The post holder will be expected to organise and prioritise own workload and to assist colleagues to ensure the continuity of service at all times.
  • To work effectively with speciality business managers and staffing models and rota design.
