A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Medical Staffing Rota Coordinator to be based at Charing Cross Hospital in the Surgical Division.

To be the main point of contact for the coordination of specific Junior Doctor rotas primarily based at Charing Cross Hospital in the surgical division.
To be responsible for the coordination of short and long term staffing cover solutions to achieve a cohesive and efficient service.
The post holder will be expected to organise and prioritise own workload and to assist colleagues to ensure the continuity of service at all times.
To work effectively with speciality business managers and staffing models and rota design.
