Description
We have a new opportunity for a Projects & Contracts Administrator to join our Project Management Office (PMO).This pivotal role ensures proper flow of PMO procedures and provides administrative support for the preparation and processing of documentation in accordance with existing templates and policies.
You will work with colleagues to meet goals by assigned deadlines, keep up to date on all administrative aspects of a project, and assist others so complicated tasks come to completion in an orderly and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and input project details in Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP (Business Accounting Software) and make necessary adjustments in accordance with revenue recognition policies;
- Liaise with the Customer Service and Logistics teams to organise shipments of genetic material to end users;
- Maintain accurate records and file appropriate documents as needed;
- Assist with ordering and invoicing queries;
- Work with other departments e.g. Business Development and Finance to ensure smooth processing of project and contract documentation;
- Draft (using existing templates), format, and process relevant documentation in accordance with existing policies and procedures;
- Make agendas and take meeting notes;
- Interact with Project Managers, Platform Leads and Head of Departments.
Qualifications and Skills
You will need to be numerate, have excellent attention to detail and IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP preferred but not essential.
Ideally you will also be a problem solver, very personable, approachable and able to communicate well with different stakeholders at different levels.
