Accounts Payable Lead to join the team

Shifts are Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm) Friday (8.30am - 2.00pm). The office is based in
Dunmurry. Permanent position.

Salary
£31,000 - £37,000 + Fantastic Benefits package, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a team of accounts payable administrators. Offering daily support as well as line manager duties including HR policy management and coaching.

As part of the P2P team you will be overseeing the processing of invoices, query resolution, statement reconciliations and ensuring KPIs are achieved, and SLAs are adhered to.

Organise, supervise, and monitor the P2P Team activities efficiently and effectively to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met
Drives performance for department targets/ KPI and manages individual performance accordingly
Provide expertise and act as a first point of escalation for resolving Statement Reconciliations / Processing queries and invoice discrepancies
Contribute to finance team meetings and support the work of team members as necessary
Ensure that credit cards statements are reconciled promptly
Assist with internal and external audits
Work closely with other SSC Team leads / managers to implement and standardise to ensure maximum efficiencies.
Support Head of P2P with projects and continuous improvement
Hold Weekly 121 Meetings with each of your team members
Extensive Accounts Payable experience, with at least one year's experience leading a highperforming team of more than 4 people
Able to identify and implement continuous improvements to key day to day activities
Strong communication and organisational skills
