Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with B2B and B2C clients in the energy and software sectors.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of cold and warm leads, converting them into successful sales.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Accurately record and manage sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the energy and software sectors.
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Strong ability to manage and convert cold and warm leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
