Whether this is your first time handling high end watches, or you already have some experience, we will give you all the tools and experience required to develop Polishing skills at an exceptional level of quality.

This career path is currently in very high demand.

What is Subdial?
Subdial is a network-powered trading platform for collectables.

Initially focussed on watches, we harness a growing network of watch enthusiasts to enable you to buy and sell collectable pieces in a more engaging way, and without the cost of middle men.

Founded five years ago, we've established ourselves as one of the most exciting startups in the luxury goods market.

When you buy and sell preowned watches, you're often forced to choose between security and cost - buy from a reputable source who offer protections and it costs too much, or buy without them and you're open to scams.

We're the first platform to deliver both, allowing enthusiasts and collectors to trade and build their collections with all the comfort of a major dealer without the eye-watering transaction costs.

Ultimately we enable watch people to get on with the fun stuff: enjoying watches and building their collections free from the hurdles that this usually comes with.

We're growing quickly and adding to our fantastic team based out of East London.

Where we are & where we're going

We've grown rapidly over the past year, driven by our ability to understand watch markets and sell great watches, in exceptional condition, at competitive prices.

We want to become the UK's biggest trading network for preowned collectable watches within the next 18-24 months.

To deliver this we'll need to scale our team and increase our capacity to polish an increased volume of watches.

Our Polishing team is integral to this, often being the first people hands on with the watches.

This role is imperative in ensuring our products are up to the high standards of aesthetics that our clients have come to expect.

Our workshop team has quadrupled over the last 12 months and has really highlighted a need for more polishers of exceptional quality in the market.

Full training will be provided from one of the countries best polishers with a comprehensive 12 month plan in place.

How you fit in

You'll work within our Workshop team, focussed on supporting our Head Polisher in the polishing and preparation of watch cases and bracelets - You'll be responsible initially for cleaning and preparing watches for polishing, you'll learn about state of the art equipment and tooling before moving onto the polishing itself.

The role will be based out of our office in Hoxton, London.

You'll be working across critical areas of the business, requiring energy, attention to detail, and an acute level of dexterity.

There will be a natural use of equipment and technology in everything you do to, whilst adopting our smart and efficient processes.

You'll be surrounded by a team of committed and experienced individuals to help guide you through each step of your training so you can feel comfortable adapting to new elements of the role, whilst learning incredibly sought after skillsets that will serve you for an exciting career ahead.

We'll expect you to take on responsibility from day one, and use your initiative to drive Subdial's Workshop team forward.
