We are recruiting for an experienced
Landscape and Grounds Maintenance professional living within 30 miles of
Stockport. This is a
permanent
job
paying up to £29,000 per year plus overtime, four weeks holiday, pension scheme etc.

You will be:


  • Spending around 75% of your time working on new build housing developments offering a high end grounds maintenance service for show homes that will include mowing, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming etc., and landscaping across the North West.
  • About 25% of your time working with the wider landscape and surfacing team on sites further away that will include working away and the need to stay away regularly.

You will need:


  • To be used to detail orientated and high end grounds maintenance.
  • To be able to follow design plans to install the landscaping.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A CSCS card.
  • To be used to and happy to travel across the UK and regularly stay away.

Key Detail

  • Permanent and Full Time job paying between £25,000 and £29,000 per year.
  • Work is across the UK and will involve staying away.
  • Working on new build sites maintaining show home gardens as well as landscape installation.
  • You will need to be a driver, have a CSCS card and be happy with extensive travel and staying away.
