Job Overview:
Dalmec are the World Leaders in the manufacture and supply of bespoke pneumatic manipulators.
Dalmec's headquarters are based in Italy and Dalmec Ltd are the UK Branch providing sales, design and after-sales service to UK customers and Ireland.

We have the opportunity for someone to join our experienced team assisting with general administration duties and processing spare parts orders.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- General day to day office duties
- Dealing with customer queries and sales requests
- Submit quotations for spare parts and service contracts
- Process customer spare parts orders
- Despatch of goods to customers
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving, managing documents and spreadsheets
- Stock control
- Ordering stock
- Assisting with annual stock take
- Monitor and purchasing office supplies and general provisions
Skills:
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
- Office administration experience advantageous
- IT literate with good typing skills and a working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to multitask, be adaptable and flexible
- Team player with good interpersonal skills

Salary:
£28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
