S&K Groundwork Solutions are an established local family run business specializing in groundworks and civils projects across Essex. Due to an increase in workload, we are looking to recruit a well presented and knowledgeable SMSTS/SSSTS Working foreman / Site Manager who is capable of running sites

You will be responsible for supervising site activities and should have previous experience in a similar role.


Other duties will include:

• Liaising with site operatives, ensuring all works are being installed to the correct line and level.
• Programming and sequencing of works to be carried out.
• Coordinate projects to achieve project success factoring in, time, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Weekly progress meetings with S&K and client
• Maintaining tender costs and methodology for the project
• Monitoring and maintaining all H&S on site

- the ability to read engineering information and drawings.


Job Types:

Salary:
£37,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
