Sales Executive / Business Development / Account Management

Location:
London E1, South East


Salary:
OTE £40,000+

Main Purpose of Role

The fantastic sales roles across our business include the following responsibilities:

  • Writing, developing and exceeding sales plans with the ambition of smashing your targets.
  • Developing robust and successful sales strategies.
  • Speaking to a variety of customers and identifying problems we can help them solve with our products.
  • Speaking to the various networks of our brands and growing both your and their, portfolios.
  • Selling training courses, or business solutions to senior decision makers and influencing across the sector.
  • Lead generation, assisted by a secondtonone marketing function.

Skills and Experience Required


We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...


You must be able to demonstrate some of the below skills and experience:

  • Experience in the same or similar role, or the ability to have mutual beneficial conversations with customers / prospects.
  • The ability to meet sales targets and drive efficient activity levels.
  • The ability to handle both warm leads, and generate your own leads.
  • B2B / B2C sales experience.
  • An incredible ability to build strong relationships with decision makers.
