Description
Transec Electric Ltd specialises in the manufacturing of online drying systems for power transformers.

The Sales Admin Assistant duties include:

  • Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Organizing logistics with our carriers
  • Raising despatch paperwork
  • Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices.
  • Posting and allocating payments and invoices to the system.
  • Any other adhoc tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a Clients Accounts environment and CRM competent.
  • Good time management ability, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills
- to include Microsoft Office.

  • A desire to work as part of a team, building strong internal relationships.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Remuneration
- £23k pa

  • Pension
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
Hours of work

  • 8am 5pm Monday Friday with Hybrid working offered after qualifying training period (hours/days to be agreed)

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
