Description
Transec Electric Ltd specialises in the manufacturing of online drying systems for power transformers.The Sales Admin Assistant duties include:
- Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organizing logistics with our carriers
- Raising despatch paperwork
- Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices.
- Posting and allocating payments and invoices to the system.
- Any other adhoc tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience in a Clients Accounts environment and CRM competent.
- Good time management ability, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong IT skills
- A desire to work as part of a team, building strong internal relationships.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- £23k pa
- Pension
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- 8am 5pm Monday Friday with Hybrid working offered after qualifying training period (hours/days to be agreed)
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
