We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer or HPLC/LC-MS Technical Specialist to join our team at a well-renowned Instrument manufacturer.

In this position, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of HPLC and mass spectrometry systems at customer sites in the South East of England, including commercial laboratories and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repairing HPLC & LC-MS systems from various instrument vendors (Waters, TFS, Shimadzu, Sciex, Agilent, etc)
• Validating HPLC and mass spectrometry systems at customer sites

Requirements:

• Experience servicing/repairing HPLC & LC-MS systems
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent communication and organisation skills

Successful candidates may also come from onsite instrument engineer or skilled chromatography user backgrounds with strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
