Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Blackpool area who urgently require an interim fulltime Workforce Planning Coordinator.


The key role responsibilities are:

Provide support to the Workforce Planning Team and the SLT - with specific focus on:

  • Succession Planning
  • Talent and performance management
  • The new Induction programme
  • The Appraisal processes
  • Set up meetings, action logs, maintain documentation, status updates, PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Collate relevant data and compile reports to inform stakeholders
  • Coordinate action items to ensure actions are completed on time
  • Attendance at Workforce Planning meetings
  • Liaison with all key stakeholders
  • Production & Monitoring of Action Logs, Reports & Analysis
  • Production of all supporting documentation
