What will this role achieve?


We are looking to recruit a TM1 in the Cake Block, to work effectively with others as part of a team consisting of Team Managers, Engineers & Team Members, who together possess all of the necessary skills to convert product on an hour-by-hour basis.


What will be your key deliverables?- Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality.- Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up.- Ensure the smooth operation of process and packing equipment.- Achieve planned output within specification.- Maximise plant efficiency and to minimise TOS and waste.- Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.- Develop line skills in line with company best practice.- Support the Team with introduction and monitoring of any improvement Initiatives.- Provide a strong and coordinated link with all production processes on the line.

What do you need for this role?

The successful applicants will have the ability to perform various roles across process and packaging.

The role requires a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

Shift Pattern

2 week rotation.

Week 1:
Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm, Week 2: Monday - Wednesday 7pm - 7am.
