Job Type:
Full-time, permanent
Salary:
£29,135, including night shift premium
Schedule:
- 12 hour shifts, working both days and nights
- 46 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
- Overtime available
The role:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our operations team, working 12 hour shifts - day and nights, on a rotation pattern of one week of days, followed by a week of nights - with hours split across Monday to Thursday, meaning no weekend work is required.
The Production Machine Operative, reporting to the Team Leader, would be responsible for checking quality and packing of finished product whilst following processes & procedures, adhering to Health & Safety rules.
This role consists of working in a fast paced environment, closely as part of a team as well as using initiative when working alone.

Responsibilities will include:
- Working in accordance with the company's health and safety and manufacturing practice
- Ensuring the finished product are packed safely and accurately in line with our customer expectations
- Performing quality checks during the packing process
- Processing production documentation and accurately recording data
- Maintaining high standards in line with our quality accreditation
- Regular communication with quality controllers and team leaders
- Take a full active part in all aspects of training
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work alone and accurately record data
- Previous experience of working in a production environment would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
