As part of your wider Connected Services team, within this role you will be instrumental and will work closely with the Connected Services Project Team to ensure the requirements are understood, prioritised and brought to life.

The role involves directly working with a multitude of stakeholders across the business consisting of Engineering, Legal, Finance and more This is a role provides great exposure and will create various opportunities to collaborate with multiple business areas.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

As a Connected Services Technical Lead, you will be responsible for running Connected Services operationally in harmony of our existing Software with a customer care mindset to ensure effective functionality and integration of connected services.

Other duties will include:
Work closely with the project team to define, deliver and operationalise the Connected Services roadmap.

Integrate with markets to ensure sound planning and launch of Connected Services capability.
Focus on transforming the endtoend process of utilising the full potential of connected data for strategic data led business decisions.

Knowledge, Skills and experience

Essential:
Customer First mindset

Awareness of AGILE or SCRUM project management methodology.

Demonstrable project stakeholder management experience working with multiple functions and domains.
Inquisitive and knowledgeable about future automotive technologies and have the ability to see the 'bigger picture' and thinking strategically.
Experience of using visualisation tools with a view to interpret and create Dashboards using multiple data sources.
