Description

We're recruiting for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our
Leavers Books team.

Leavers Books work with hundreds of schools across the UK each year to help them create beautiful yearbooks to celebrate their school leavers.

Being a seasonal department we manage everything between a small team, from customer support and administration to marketing and business development, this role will give you well rounded experience in all areas of business administration and customer service.

You'll work towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification with all training taking place from our business address, so no additional travel is required.

What will I learn?_

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Administrative knowledge and experience using an inhouse database and online artwork creator
Collaborative working across internal departments
How to manage customer expectations and solve problems
How to implement and improve internal processes and procedures

Following the successful completion of your Apprenticeship there is the opportunity to be offered a permanent role within the business.

Full training will be given by our both in-house team and partnered training provider
