DCM Senior Manager

Are you working within a Bank or a Financial Services institution? Have your knowledge and experience working with the Treasury function? Do you have experience with Debit Capital Markets? Do you have strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market? Doyou have strong experience of private warehouse structures?

This is what you'll be doing
You will be working, on a hybrid/ remote basis, with a highly dynamic specialist mortgage lender backed who offer first and second charge loans and completing the following tasks within the Treasury team;

  • Leading the team within DCM and Treasury team
  • Manage debt raising projects
  • Liaise with banks, investors, rating agencies and lawyers.
  • Lead and develop Debt Capital Market Analysts
  • Deliver financial transactions and support the Treasurer
  • Develop and deliver the Annual Treasury Funding Plan

The experience you'll bring to the team

  • Experience working within a Treasury environment
  • Confident approach to presenting to Stakeholders/ investors
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Mortgage Market
  • Strong experience of the private warehouse structures
  • Team management/ leadership
