Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in executive level stakeholder management.
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking.

Preferred qualifications:


  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Experience structuring analysis and executive written and verbal communications, with clear storylines and visualizations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, as well as market specific regulatory and digital ad industry dynamics.
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.

As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will be part of a team that's passionate about putting gTech's customers first, and helping drive organizational transformation.

You will work cross-functionally with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects.

You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the process for defining crossgTech strategies, translating them into crossgTech initiatives, and driving their execution.
  • Engage Googlewide stakeholders on initiatives (e.g. projects that crossProduct, Sales, Marketing and Policy).
  • Provide strategic analytical insights and frameworks to drive projects and initiatives forward.
