Description

Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a
Legal Disrepair Building Surveyor. This is a
full-time role, on a
3-6 month+ contract.

Rate:
£31 - £41 per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)


Hours:35 per week

  • Experience managing legal disrepair cases,
  • Good understanding of damp and structural issues,
  • Managing works from specification through to post inspection,
  • Ideally have a surveying qualification & Social housing experience.
