About the Role:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling RMA from distribution and Harman Regions for our service department.
  • Maintain daily communications with customers and dealer to ensure resolution and proper followup leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Harman Luxury Audio as liaison for Customer Support activities related to product availability, quotation, order processing, product shipment, account status.
  • Providing support to Service Engineers and Sales Managers.
  • Organize and prioritize workflow to meet customer timeframes while managing multiple assignments at once.
  • Coordinate shipments through creation of Customs Invoices & shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate logistics with customer designated forwarders & schedule pickups.
  • Liaising with the global warehouses for orders.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Prepares documentation including pro forma invoices, packing lists.
  • Liaises with the accounts department regarding dealer financial status.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a customer
  • Maintain highlevel of customer service expected by our internal and external customers

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time to the, HQ in Northridge and Amsterdam and Warehouses
