Job Overview:

As a Trading Executive for Phoenix 2 Retail, you will be responsible for facilitating the procurement and trading of vaping products and accessories.

You will work closely with the Trading Team to support in their supplier negotiations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the vaping industry and eager to make an impact in a dynamic and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Trading Team in their supplier negotiations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, popular brands, and new product offerings within the vaping industry.
Monitor inventory levels, track product performance, and analyse sales data to optimise stock levels and assortment.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure product quality and reliability.
Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance procurement processes and streamline operations.
Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics affecting the vaping industry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a trading/buying roles within the vaping or FMCG industry is preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
