AJ Chambers is working with a fantastic
Tier 1 London based law firm, seeking a mid-level associate to join their commercial team. You will be working with an array of clients, including UK based and international MNCs,household names, SMEs and start up businesses. There will be opportunities to work alongside high-calibre partners and other associates in the team in drafting, negotiating, advising clients, mentoring junior lawyers and create some impact in business developmentactivities.

The Role

Providing legal advice in respect of transactions and commercial relationships with clients
Recommending action based on the individual needs of clients
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, T&Cs, exit agreements
Negotiating agreements
48 Years PQE
Experience of drafting and advising on termination of agreements
Consumer protection law, IP, international trade law and sanctions, EU & UK competition law (market partitioning & price fixing) experience

60% WFO
