LOCATION:
Burgess Hill - free parking available


HOURS:9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday


SALARY:
£21,000 - £27,000 p/a


Office Angels are recruiting for an administrator to join our client's existing team to provide administrative support to them and their clients.

To be successful in the role you will have some previous administration experience, high attention to detail,and the ability to work independently and prioritise workload.


About your day-to-day responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for visitors to the office

Answer telephone calls and ensure messages are taken accurately and passed on timely to the relevant person

Set up and maintain electronic filing systems

Preparation of letters and forms as the manager requires

Data entry onto relevant systems

Arrange meetings for clients and book and prepare the meeting rooms

Ad-hoc office administration tasks


About you:

Previous experience working in an administrative role

Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office suite in particular Excel

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Good communication skills - both verbal and written

Adaptable and flexible approach to a changing work environment
