Join our Citizen Involvement Board

This is an exciting time to join a successful provider of advocacy, carers, counselling and health & well-being services for both adults and young people.

We are looking for citizens to join our Citizen Involvement Board; to play a significant part in delivering the next chapter in n-compass success story.

The Citizen Involvement Board is key to the continued development of our services, to ensure that they meet the needs of our communities.

The Board consists of user representatives from each of the services we deliver, together with various n-compass staff members, including the CEO.

The Citizen Involvement Board enables people who have used n-compass' services to help inform decision making at a strategic level and to ensure that n-compass is continuously taking on board service user feedback to drive continuous and sustained improvement and quality driven provision.

We help people regain control of their lives, providing hope and a sense of purpose through the provision of Carers, Advocacy, Wellbeing, Counselling and Volunteering services.

We place people at the centre of everything we do, delivering excellence by utilising people's strengths to stay well.

What we are looking for
We are keen to recruit people with the passion, energy and values associated with this unique and dynamic organisation.

We are seeking individuals who have utilised our services to strengthen links and understanding between senior representatives of n-compass and citizens.

We are looking for people who can provide an opportunity for citizens to shape governance/strategic development through proactive feedback on proposals and evaluate, inform and support ongoing development of the citizen involvement framework
