Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work for an Independent Fostering Agency via Reading Council.

Job Purpose

To Ensure the effective delivery of BFfC's IFA services in accordance with legislative requirements, all relevant policies and procedures and agreed performance targets
To ensure practices are in line with the requirements of the National Minimum Standards 201
To provide the highest level of care, ensuring children are able to reach their full potential
To oversee practice and commercial business aspects of the agency
To manage the negotiation for placements
To review and monitor outcomes and make sound and safe decisions
To ensure that each foster care placement is supervised, in line with the relevant policies
To comply with the regulatory requirements expected of a Registered Manager such as Schedule and 7 of the Fostering Regulations
To manage and monitor team and service budgets
