Description
Due to growth, we have the opportunity to recruit a Senior Estimator for our client in Hull. The client is an interior fit out contractor who specialize in commercial office refurbishment projects across the UK. They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector.

Over the last 25 years they have completed a large number of commercial office design, office fit out and refurbishment projects for a range of leading clients.


Duties include:

  • Communicating with current and prospective customers, scoping requirements, taking client briefs using previous experience to provide a consultative approach
  • Preparing detailed tender documents inline with client requirements
  • Working closely with & understanding all aspects of design, production and operational process
  • Negotiating Pricing for required Materials & labour
  • BQQ/ Creation of SOR
  • Providing Value engineered solutions
  • Developing strong internal & external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Attending weekly management meetings

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 Years experience working in a senior estimating role within Joinery & Interior Fit Out Sector
  • Have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to manage own workload, achieving tight deadlines
  • Full UK Drivers Licence

Job Types:

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
