Whitlocks Estate Agents are a small family-run Sales and Lettings Agent established in 1993.


We are looking for a Lettings Administrator / Property Manager, ideally with some estate agency or lettings experience to assist with the management of our ever growing lettings portfolio.

Any residential lettings qualifications would be preferable but not essential.


There is also potential to assist the sales team which offers plenty of variety to the role, to ensure your days are interesting and exciting.

Should you not have any property experience, we can teach this to you with on the job training but you must be looking for a career in the property industry and dedicated to learning your new role.


Job role:
Lettings Property Administrator / Manager


Day to Day:

- dealing with enquiries and arranging viewing appointments
- attending viewings and negotiating lets
- preparing the property / file for a tenant move in
- keeping on top of property renewals
- keeping on top of the latest legislation and ensuring our properties are compliant
- dealing with any property maintenance queries
- liaising with our tenants and landlords
- conducting detailed inspections, inventories and check outs
- offering referrals
- administration
- social media and marketing posts
- assisting the sales team

Location:229 Pagham Road, Nyetimber, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 3QD.


Salary:
£20,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience and commission.


Hours of work:5 days a week - Our opening times are 8.45am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturdays. Your will be entitled to 1 Saturday off per month with an agreed day off in the week.


Requirements:


  • Have a Full UK Driving License and their own car
