Legal Counsel
London - Hybrid working
12 month FTC

Company client partnered with a company who sits in the hospitality sector as they are recruiting a Legal Counsel to assist them on maternity.


Your duties will include:

Commercial Contracts:

Negotiate and draft agreements around end users, distribution agreements, procurement contracts, data processing, advertising and other commercial agreements to support the legal team.

Advise on legal risk and strategy.

Operations Support:

Working with teams across the company including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance to ensure ongoing support of company operations for all legal queries.

Data Protection - assisting in Data Protection from a Legal perspective
This is a 12 month FTC role to cover maternity, my client is open to PQE Level.
