Swissport are currently recruitinga Shared Service Administrator.

This role is in line with the Shared Service Centre Service Level Agreement provide efficient and effective UKG and HR administrative support to stations and HR Business Partners from a virtual Shared Service Centre.

The post holder reports to the Shared Service Centre Team Manager


Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are associated with this job role and are to be delivered in line with the Shared Service Centre Service Level Agreement:

UKG Administration

  • Creating new UKG accounts for employee(s) in line with SLA; providing UKG log in details and appropriate How to Guides to new employee(s) Line Manager.
  • Updating and maintaining employee(s) records; e

g:
contractual changes (secondments, promotions, demotions, regrades) and primary account updates

  • Entering details of any future planned absence for employee(s) advised by their line manager; e.g. longterm sickness, maternity, paternity, jury service, planned medical appointments.
  • Resolving all daily UKG exceptions in real time; action comments entered by line manager in employee(s) timecard, contacting appropriate line manager in the absence of a comment, escalating unresolved exceptions to SSC Team Manager.
  • Auditing and maintaining UKG Attendance balances
  • Monthly signoff of timecards
  • Actioning leavers ahead of termination date and supplying all appropriate information to Head Office Payroll
  • Updating historical changes
  • Resolving all issues and responding to all requests submitted to UKG Support.

HR Administration

  • Supporting HR Business partners with all HR related reporting
  • Actioning reference requests for former colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all platforms within UKG Workforce Central; Time & Attendance, Attendance, Employee Self Service & Schedule Editor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, O365 Sharepoint, MS Office Word & MS Office Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to speak and understand English language
  • Able to provide accurate data to customer stations
