Position:
Temporary Data Processing Assistant


Location:
Ham Hill WTW, Brook Street, Ham Hill Kent ME6 5JX


Line Reporting Manager:
Contract Manager


Job Type:
Minimum of three months with an immediate start


Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm / Monday - Friday


Principle Duties and Accountabilities:


  • Accurate and prompt data input, administration and review to ensure contract data is captured correctly and accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Work Management System Entries and Updates

  • Inputting data of work completed by suppliers on MTS's work management system
  • Raising & updating entries on MTS's work management system, including:
  • Raising of new work orders for tankering and other reactive work
  • Adding work allocations for existing ongoing work
  • Adding details of work completed to existing allocations.
  • Moving completed work to the 'completed' status on the system.

Daily Submissions from Subcontractors.

  • Inputting supplier data onto spreadsheets managing daily supplier data submission.
  • Chasing missing data from suppliers
  • Checking data received against work orders raised
  • Capturing details of missed submissions and reporting these to the team manager.

Miscellaneous

  • Any additional activities required by the Administration team to assist with ongoing workload.

Key skills and experience:


  • Good attention to detail, able to work accurately and carefully with a large volume of data.
  • Able to follow processes and procedures when undertaking work.
  • Ability to work on own initiative following initial training and support.

Qualifications / Competency:


  • Previous experience in a financial background would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel, Sage
  • Excellent communication skills essential
  • Excellent attention to detail essential

Job Types:
Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£23,400.00-£27,000.00 per year
