Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to improve the customer service experience within the business
- Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
- Support other managers and team members
- Manage resources to meet goals and key performance indicators
- Establish a defined mission to continuously improving the client experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing others preferred
- Must be proactive, organised and IT literate with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be positive, enthusiastic, and selfmotivated
