£26,000 - £29,000 DoE

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to improve the customer service experience within the business
  • Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Support other managers and team members
  • Manage resources to meet goals and key performance indicators
  • Establish a defined mission to continuously improving the client experience

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in managing others preferred
  • Must be proactive, organised and IT literate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be positive, enthusiastic, and selfmotivated
